Though known for his incredible style savvy, Antonio Centeno is equally known for his phenomenal success online. In just two short years, he went from no online presence to over 116,000 subscribers on YouTube and an email list of 70,000+.
How has he done this? Content, content, content. His Youtube channel has over 300 videos on men’s fashion, in large part because Tony listened to his subscribers when they told him their biggest style issues.
But it wasn’t always wine and roses for Tony and his family. He grew up in a trailer park in West Texas, surrounded by people who hated their work. He knew from an early age he would not be one of them. He was determined to love the work he did every day.
There were plenty of bumps and detours from the trailer park to his mega-success today: 80-100 hour work weeks, missed time with family and extremely high stress levels. Coupled with a significant life event, Tony warmed to the idea of virtual assistant support. That mindset shift altered Tony’s business and personal life forever.
In this episode, you’ll learn about:
- What the hiring and training process is like when you bring on a virtual assistant.
- The fastest I have ever fired someone … and why!
- The key traits Tony looks for in the people he hires.
- Doctors, jet pilots, astronauts and VAs all use THIS tool and why you need it.
- The question I ask my VAs every day and how it’s made me millions.
- And much, much more!

When I first spotted Tony at NMX a few years ago, I was struck by his clothing style and meticulate appearance. And when I met him, he clearly was a man of passion, drive and savvy business acumen. Tony is a natural entrepreneur and leader – all of which comes across in this show.
It was my pleasure to have Tony on the New Business Podcast and I’m excited to bring him back in the future to dive deeper into the world of men’s fashion!
