@Jake – Quick exercise for you. List down everything you DONT LIKE doing. Next list down everything you DONT THINK you should be doing, as a business owner. Now ask yourself a question – if someone was doing all these tasks for me, would it make me more productive and successful? If the answer is YES, then hire a VA now!
